The building has been bustling this week with volunteers as they work on some improvements that impact our meeting areas. Rosemary has been busy painting the kitchen and its cupboards, with plans to continue to organize the space so it can be utilized more effectively.
Marilyn and Joyce were working on the single use washrooms over the past few days. This involved removing wallpaper and preparing both washrooms for a fresh coat of paint.
Little by little, as finances permit over this next year, we’ll be tackling small projects that will help us update some of our spaces, and move us towards creating a welcoming environment for our community that reflects “New Life”.
